「This is a great place for 2-3 people: comfortable queen size bed and a separate living room for privacy. It has a nice compact kitchen with the most essential thing I need: a Keurig with coffee pods all ready to brew for my first morning coffee. Everything is clean and comfortable, the location works very well for me, and I plan to stay here again on my next visit; hopefully I'll be able to use the pool next time.」

「Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front. 」

「Stayed here for Pilgrimage Festival so that we could be closer to Nashville when we weren’t at the festival and location was great. Easy access for the short ride to Franklin being on the south part of Nashville and a short ride or walk to things to do in Nashville. Property is exactly as it looks, a very nice and efficient layout. Pool is a nice option as well. 「We’ve been to Nashville a few times, but wanted to add some hiking trips in the surrounding areas. This place is about 2 miles from Broadway and average less than 10 per trip by rideshare. Close walk to 12 South. There’s a Hattie Bs and Maple Street biscuit within two blocks. There’s a Publix about four blocks. It’s close enough to downtown to be convenient but without the hassle of paying to park and with some more living space than a hotel room」
