“Stayed here for Pilgrimage Festival so that we could be closer to Nashville when we weren’t at the festival and location was great. Easy access for the short ride to Franklin being on the south part of Nashville and a short ride or walk to things to do in Nashville. Property is exactly as it looks, a very nice and efficient layout. Pool is a nice option as well. The couch was more comfortable than the pullout mattress and the unit could use more conveniently placed power sources - things we……

“Great place, the beds were aamazing. Having 4 rooms with private bathrooms made is super convenient for our group. The rooftop furniture was not usable however, the weather was too cold so we didn’t stay to enjoy the view.”

“Everything was as described. It has new appliances and tje kitchen is well stocked. Furnishings comfortable and in good condition. We stayed in late October so we did not use the pool. We thoroughly enjoyed the onsite Speakeasy. Definitely recommend and will stay again. ”

“We’ve been to Nashville a few times, but wanted to add some hiking trips in the surrounding areas. This place is about 2 miles from Broadway and average less than 10 per trip by rideshare. Close walk to 12 South. There’s a Hattie Bs and Maple Street biscuit within two blocks. There’s a Publix about four blocks. It’s close enough to downtown to be convenient but without the hassle of paying to park and with some more living space than a hotel room”

“Stay here if you want a comfortable, quiet and safe stay slightly outside of the hussle and bustle of downtown. Check-in was super easy and the host was quick to respond. The condo is beautiful and the two beds are super comfortable! A 5 min Lyft or Uber ride or slightly longer walk will get you just about anywhere you want to go: Broadway, Gulch, 12 South, etc. Also within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops and a brewery. I’d definitely stay here again! ”
