There was loud construction in the lobby, only 2 restaurants were open our entire stay, had to switch rooms due to pungent smell of seaweed. New room had brown-tinged water one morning, and no blanket or comforter on bed. The bedding consisted of pillow, flat sheet, and fitted sheet. No blanket or anything. There was no activities at the resort, water was dark and beach was unusable due to seaweed. Again tractor was……

“Unfortunately, my overall experience at this property did not align with the Marriot brand. The poor level of service and hospitality we received at this property has tarnished our view of the Marriot brand. The lack of regard for guests and their experience was deplorable. Exceptional hospitality is one of the reasons we choose to stay at this property, but this experience fell well below those expectations.
