"Ouch. This property is going through major renovations and I’m sure it would look great when it’s completed. However, NONE of this information was on Expedia when I booked my hotel. The pool and gym were not accessible and the entire carpet was being torn out and replaced on my floor. The workers were awesome and seemed to take pride in their work. This property should NOT be open during this scale of renovation. There were many hazards visibly evident and possibly a few OSHA violations."

"Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, huge bathroom, nice couch. Super friendly staff throughout. Parking lot not in great shape, difficult to find the entrance to the parking! Behind another hotel, inside on a frontage road. So convenient and close to restaurants, the Ameristar Casino, movie theater, etc."

"We were allowed to check in early and the chocolate chip cookies were a nice lift after cycling 20 miles in the rain. We were allowed to hose down our bikes and given hotel towels to wipe away some of the trail sand."

"Everything great, except check in process. That process was extremely slow. What caused the delay were the folks coming in and trying to reserve rooms that didn't have reservations. That tied up the staff members to a halt. Have one line for reservation check in, ams one for fold that are looking to make one"
