Medicine Hat Big Marble Go Centre Hotels

"Parking, loading and unloading luggage were hampered by poor design. It seems like the pool addition to the structure destroyed the drive-through drop-off design at the hotel entrance. The restaurant also seemed to have eliminated parking at the front of the hotel. The main parking area at the back of the hotel was very icy on the north side of the hotel and only safely accessible by driving around the east side. The west side access was unsafe due to a steep, icy approach that new arrivals would not be aware of, though signs were posted inside the hotel. Breakfast was good but notably missing was any fruit - no apple, banana, orange, etc. One choice of jam - strawberry. "

"We stayed here recently for my daughters swim meet in Medicine Hat and I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations here. The owner was incredibly helpful and friendly. The girls enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Will definitely stay here for future swim meets. "

"Waited 1 hour for breakfast, than got up to re ask the waiters and it was never put it. Our room was upgraded which was a plus. Room was pretty dirty around the bathtub was hairs. Long dark one, staff was sub par. They are all doing the best with what they got i guess. Pretty unfortunate. Booked for their breakfast and didnt end up getting it second day they forgot an egg, really wanted to give better score but really couldnt"

"New renovated property with brand new floor, bathroom and kitchen cabinets which were very nice; however there are not enough plates, cups, bowls for our stay. Also, bath mat and bath curtain need to be replaced. The cleanness needs to be improved. "
