We had a great time escaping the snowing weather in Grand Island, FL where it was sunny and 80 degrees. The house was very nice and clean. We loved the heated pool and whirlpool. It's a great place to spend time with family. We were so glad to visit my Uncle and Aunt in Altoona; just a short drive down the road. We hope to come back again.

Very responsive host who answered any of our needs promptly! Comfortable beds, excellent seating for family and the outdoor oasis was beautiful! The home itself was very clean, laundry onsite is awesome! Quiet neighborhood close to stores and local attractions! Paying to heat the pool and the jacuzzi was worth it since we were there in November! Would definitely come back again!

We were down in the area to go fishing and visit family who live nearby. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Excellent pool and screened patio. Nice, private yard. Very comfortable house. Convenience stores and gas 5 min drive away. Larger shopping centers and restaurants within 15 minutes drive. We did have to contact Irina at the beginning of our stay and she responded immediately and took care of everything swiftly. A property and management.

Very nice

My wife and I stayed for a week during June 2025. We liked it. Nice and tidy front garden/yard as we arrived, easy access well communicated by owner. Clean and tidy inside. Location is good, in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, with shops and stores a short drive, although there are convenience stores very close by.Although we didn’t use the pool as we were busy, it was clean and tidy in that area, and the pool looked good. Everything went fine for us.

This is a cute little 3 bedroom house that is well maintained and in good shape. They list a hot tub - which is inaccurate. This is a pool and spa situation (NOT A HOT TUB). There is a 100.00 charge per day to heat it. We chose this house specifically for that hot tub. We drove two long days from Missouri and wanted to soak! Disappointing.We also had inadequate hot water. I showered for three days and every time I had the hot lever turned full blast and never had to turn it down.There were little tiny ants on the island, bathroom sinks, and the living room floor. The ice maker is not working….not too big of a deal, just wanted to let you know.This is a cute house, just a few issues. We had great communication with the owner. Her solution was to get me ant spray. Well, we travel with a dog, so no thanks. There was a check in issue with the front door glass door sticking, and we could not enter the code, as we could not get to the lock. We finally did just yank hard and get it open. Good luck and safe travels.
