“This space worked great for us for our short stay .”

“Like I said in my other review is a nice place clean lots of yard space and good location the only other thing was the air condition unit that they have in the apartment seem like it wasn't worked properly it would not blow out cold air but the room air only even though I had it on the air condition setting and then everything else I named in my last review”

“The apartment is cozy and the area is very tranquil. It has all the amenities you might need when traveling and everything looks like brand new. We had a plumbing issue that was resolved the next day. Very responsive and attentive”

“The host was extremely welcoming and responsive - very professional in all ways. That was a stand out. The apartment was also very well equipped and designed- it was a lovely place to stay.”

“Lovely property. Safe and quiet, highly recommended!”

“Jay is an amazing host. The property was clean, nice and area was good. I would book this house again in a heartbeat. The yard was clean. It was an overall 10 for me”

“The property was extremely clean. The rooms were smaller than what we thought they would be from the pictures…but they were extremely clean. We didn’t realize this was a basement apartment…but it was extremely clean. We had an event in Jersey City and this property was very convenient. Our group of three composed of two different families and the two bedroom was just what was needed. Off street parking gave us one less thing to worry about. There is a mall in close proximity to the property……

“Great communication as far as check in, even though there was an issue with the app, he noticed on the ring doorbell and promptly communicated with us through that. Spacious 4 beds, great for privacy within a group. ”

“I stayed here for about three weeks and felt right at home. The place was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The host was friendly, respectful, and available whenever I needed anything. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again if I’m back in the area. Thank you for your hospitality! ”

“There were issues for us gaining access to the property due to a glitch with the app showing the listing. But once we got in touch with the host it was fine. ”

“The host was wonderful and very responsive. She even offers extended check out which was great. The listing could be a bit more detailed on the apartment. It appears to be a place to rent rooms but the whole apartment was offered. There is a camera IN the apartment which was very uncomfortable as I felt like I could not get comfortable for the time I was there and being watched I could not enjoy the living room. Other than that I have no complaints.”
