Great stay
Great clean and roomy condo for a large family. Parking can get a bit tricky but it worked out fine. Manager was always ready to help! Enjoyed the weekend

This property should be identified as a basement condo in the ad for anyone that has allergies or doesn’t like a must smell. The neighbors had garbage in the hallway that stunk for 4 days while we were here. I highly question the ethics of charging a cleaning fee as this place had potato chips under the table and beer caps laying around f from the previous renter. The last night we were here the neighbors decided to smoke pot and the entire hallway filled up with pot smell including the bedroom area of this condo (rolled right under the door) … nice downtown location , and easy check in process … parking is questionable at peak downtown hours.

Fun, unique, & perfect for a group of friends!!!
We had a group of college friends in Fargo for our 25th class reunion from Concordia! This location was perfect for us!! We were able to have group time reconnecting that we would not have had at a hotel!!! We had so much fun being together, playing ping pong, Jenga, & trivia. We were within walking distance to several really great restaurants & shops! In addition it was just a short drive to campus! The booking process & everything in regard to communication with the host was easy, casual, & stress free! Without tons of rules to worry about! We loved the unique, modern, industrial decor & murals! This may become our spot every 5 years…we’ll hopefully be back for our 30th!!!

Large condo in the heart of Fargo
If you're looking for a place in downtown Fargo, I highly recommend this location. It was clean and well decorated. the condo was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We could walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The manager was accessible and responded promptly. Book this location and enjoy your stay.

Unique rental in the heart of Downtown Fargo. Property was clean, quiet, and spacious. Located within walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants. City parkade is located a block away and is free on weekends.

Wonderful downtown location!
