“We found this place to be a perfect little home base for exploring The Cotswolds by public transport and foot. It's just steps from the village center but, being tucked up at the end of a quiet lane, feels quiet and secluded. It's right on the Monarch's Way public footpath, affording access to almost unlimited walks to nearby villages, farms, historic sites and areas of natural beauty. Bus service in the area is very good, and the train station at Moreton in Marsh is a 30 minute bus ride away.……

“I spent the most wonderful week at Little Lemhill Farm Cottage. The cottage is on a beautiful Cotswold farm, that is surrounded by beautiful gardens, trees and a pond. It's very quiet and relaxing. The cottage is beautifully decorated and comfortable, with the most heavenly beds and linens. “Spotlessly clean garden room with a good sized kitchen and lounge and bathroom with lovely toiletries. Two minute walk to village with excellent shops and pubs and ten minute walk to Blenheim Palace.”

“We stayed and on entering were very impressed with the size/decor and cleanliness. It had everything we needed as a party of 6. The location was quiet and we didnt see a soul. Had a driveway for parking. We would stay again as it was perfect for us. The conservatory would be nice cleared of spare beds and some nice furniture would be a great addition and some outside weeding is needed but these are just picky things, neither affected our stay. “Was told by Expedia that I had the property to myself but when I arrived I realised I was sharing with 3 other people. Property was supposedly called ‘the cottage’ but turns out this was next door’s place. Parking was basically none existent in the end as the other people had their car(s) on the very small driveway. Only things I can say were good was that the WiFi was a decent speed considering how rural the area was, and the bed was very comfortable.”
