“This condo was unclean and unkept. Floors were dusty, bathrooms had urine stains, fridge was filthy, sheets were dirty, someone else's laundry was in the washer and dryer. Pool was dirty. Management offered to clean the room the following day but did not offer cleaner place to stay for the first night. That led us to book elsewhere. They refused to refund or compensate. There is no quality control and no accountability. My advice is too stay away.”

“My sister and I came to Dallas for dental implants and stayed here for 2 nights and we were both very happy with our stay. It’s a nice place, with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. We appreciated the staples like spices, olive oil, coffee and sugar, and ice! The beds were super comfortable and the place was clean. The location is convenient, especially for where we were going. The host was considerate and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay. ”

“Unfortunately, I cannot give this property a positive review. The complex has not been well maintained and is in desperate need of repairs. I really should have done more research and blame myself for not doing so. As we entered the complex there was lots of trash in the parking lot and to get to the room we stayed in we had to walk past garbage/trash and a room that looked like a squatter was staying there. As we entered the room, there was an overpowering floral scent from a wall plug. I……
