「Nena Appartment was perfect for my business trip to Berlin! Small kitchen, laundry and good living space (I booked a studio). Everything I needed was accessible by walking distance and the subway Hermannplatz is 2 minutes of walk and afterwards, less than 20 min from major tourist attractions. My only negative comments is that the area is quite noisy up until late in the evening (lots of ambulance trips!). Other than that, it was excellent!」

Wir haben die 3 Tage Berlin an diesem Ort richtig genossen und können es nur weiter empfehlen wenn man Berlin erleben will...

「The staff is absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, I had a parcel to the Hotel while I stay and the staff helped me to follow up. Hotel location is close to bakery, restaurant and shopping mall and you can find grocery there. The hotel location is just 5 mins (max) next to famous painting on East Side Gallery. Easy to find. "The owner of the hotel is not very good at managing emotions and the hotel forced me to ask for my place of residence, which I have never asked for in any of the hotels I have stayed in around the world. Always if you have a choice please think again!"

"It’s a crowd place with crowds flowing. Convenient to take public transportation but again, wouldn’t be nice and clean at the traffic center. There’s no warm water for showering. It’s either old or burning. The water temperature switches itself without anybody touching and it actually burned my skin. Shower cap was ripped. Well, I would say good location if you’re transferring; nice, kind and helpful staffs; but the hotel facilities are in shabby condition. "
