"The property was as described and exactly what we needed. Downtown was a block away. Several restaurants and shops. We are originally from the area and selected this location because it was near downtown and central to places in Augusta and Gardiner that we wanted to visit. The house is a wonderfully updated old home."

"Our second year here and we enjoyed our stay at the Cottrell House apartment. One concern I had was the large mirror across from the kitchen which was leaning against the wall and not attached. Thinking it might accidentally tip over. Will definitely stay again next year. Lived in Damariscotta for 30 years. Love it here! Thank you Lisette."
