「Wonderful beachside property, with all the little extras you need to make your stay easy. Cosy inside and great back deck for relaxing. Easy stroll to the beach/park/cafe. Brendan was great at communicating and checking we had all we needed for a comfortable and carefree stay. Excellent host. Look forward to our next visit. 」

「We love the shsck. We always come with our own supplies. So we werent too worried that the cleaners didnt get to do there top up of toilet paper etc. The unit was not dirty as the clients before left it in great shape. The dish washer was full but kitchen clean and tidy.We have stayed here a few times now and have always been satified with the fridge size and warm showers and the layout of the unit.We love the lady next door .she is such as wonderful soul. 「House is tired, mildew in light fittings, aircon vent and some fly screens clogged with dust and fluff, only one hot plate working normally, other 3 heating red roar, no drip plates under the hotplates, rust in oven and hotplate surround rings. Lovely fridge but overall, a very tired, small 3 bedroom house. Compared to other beachfront Woodgate accommodation, this house is not worth the money charged.」
