「My stay here was genuinely the only part about my trip that went well. My travel plans were disrupted, with all kinds of delays and chaos. The staff here were kind and professional, the property was clean, quiet and comfortable, and it was a sigh of relief to come back to every night. Thank you!」

「Excellent location. It would have been a 5 star stay. The problem was that there were multiple teenager athletic teams staying there. They were extremely noisy, running up and down the hallway yelling and making noise like crazy. At one point during the evening, they opened a fire door somewhere causing the alarms to go off. Everyone had to evacuate their rooms. All of this of course does not reflect badly on the hotel or the staff, which were top notch. I would however maybe monitor...

「The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on.」
