“We thought this appartment was in a great location, easy safe parking, lift to make a 1st floor appartment user friendly. I read comments about road noise before we went and yes there is road noise because you are so close to the lake and that is where people drive. It`s well worth the small inconvenience. The veiw from the room is spectacular. We took our dog and the place was ideal. It is really busy closer to Annecy but Duingit is less so and a great place to base yourself when exploring the……

“Pros:- amazing view- reformed apartment, with modern style- there bedrooms with doubles and a tiny mezzanine (with four single beds) - very well equipped kitchen, good TV, large dining table- comfy beds- 12m from Plaine Joux ski station (small station but good to start), 30m to Combloux, a much larger ski station (Les Portes du Mont Blanc) and St Gervais, 15m from a large Decathlon and supermarketsCons- the building is quite old, very different from the ap inside- you have to climb a total of……
