“I found that the room had not been cleaned up to the standards usually being cleaned. For example: there were pieces of white paper underneath of the chair, there were stuck toothpaste in the bathroom sink, barely toilet paper on both rolls I had to request some, also the Bath gel was empty. Those are enough discrepancies to not feel good about what your stay will be like going forward. A disappointment.”

“The room was clean but maintenance needed to be attended to, one side of the drape rod was broken so it hung down and lot of drape and sheer curtains needed hooks to hold in place, big hole in screen, and broken lamp. The biggest disappointment was when we entered building to check in and highly smelled of pot and this a non smoking property. The staff was friendly and room attendant was extremely helpful. Everything that you would need is all around this property. They just need more attention……

“Great location and view of the river. The staff were also friendly. However, the beds were hard, and the bed comforter/blanket was thin and rough. There was also a musty smell in the room, due to the building's age. The window did not open, so that didn't help with the smell or air flow. There is a desk and chair in the room, but the height of the battered chair was so low, that you couldn't use it to sit at the table (it couldn't be adjusted, either). “It was renovated and looked good design wise. But the place was very dirty. There were stains all over the carpet. The beddings were all ripped up and stained. And it has a distinct smell that is not pleasant. Hotel has bad reservation system as it was overbooked.”

“Staff was in a rush, a bit sharp in conversation. No "drink upon arrival" as advertised. They didn't provide a robe/ person. We were short one robe, despite having to enter the hall to access the bathroom. No hair conditioner offered. The breakfast was pretty normal weekend fare (scrambled eggs with cheese, French toast with sandwich-sized bread), fresh fruit cup. No extra food offered on table.”
