“Loved the spacious apartment style - easy to relax in one space while others slept in. Beds were comfy, temperature was perfect even during an Iowa heatwave. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. (coffee in the cupboard!) Off street parking was a really nice perk. We will definitely be back! Almost forgot! The Koreana Japanese restaurant downstairs - perfect for a late night snack! 😋
(Along with beers from Pulpit Rock & Topling)”

“Clean and great location! I didn’t realize there were 4 apartments above Koreanna, which made it a bit noisy at times. There could be more furniture in the living room. The kitchen was minimalist—it had a toaster oven, toaster, microwave and small refrigerator. It sleeps 7.”

“Do not book this property! Arrived and it smelled musty. The yard was shin high, not mowed and the fire pit was dirty and no firewood. Had an issue with the gas stove, called the host. Ended up having called the fire department on our own, they recommended we get our stuff out. It was 11 o’clock at night and went to a hotel. Had booked three nights only stayed one night and no compensation.! Hosts were not helpful and we’re quite rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED”

“Perfect location for exploring Decorah. Top notch accommodations, modern yet decorated with cute retro pieces. It is an upstairs unit in an older building, so if steps are an issue, be forewarned. We absolutely loved it!”

“We had a great time at the Getup Getaway! It’s in a great location. Everything was very clean and just as described. It was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 kids. We loved playing cards out on the back turf area after a nice evening out. We will definitely stay again!”
