"Very convenient and good price, incredible room"

"We got there past the check in time but it was easy to check in and get in with the digital key. Room was great and very clean. Everything is new. Beds and pillows were very comfy. I would recommend that you get the actual key card from the office though; the digital key is great but not super reliable as you depend on internet connection and sometimes it can be slow. We got a scared at 2 am thinking that we weren’t going to be able to get in. The other thing is that if you are going to use the kitchen, you need to bring your own dish soap, sponge and paper towels. They don’t give you the starter set. Other than the above hotel is great! Would stay there again!"

"Elevator was down this weekend. After reading prior reviews, the elevator has been down quite a few times this year already. Spoke with the team at the front desk and they didn’t care, and offered no assistance or no accommodations. I understand that maintenance issues happen, but communication and customer care go a long way. At a minimum, guests should be informed ahead of time or offered a room on a lower floor. Based on this experience, I’d strongly encourage the hotel to improve how they handle situations like this."

"Room was absolutely filthy. Looks nothing like the pictures. Our room had cigarette burn marks on the blankets. The guest next door to us had visitors knocking on their door throughout the night. Terrible location. Please save your money and book another hotel."
