A large courtyard with patio seating and BBQ grill. A bold bathroom with a giant shower. The living room is bright, open, comfy, and quiet while being less than 200 steps to Dickson Street and less than 500 steps to Downtown. Cable, with the Sports package is included so you can watch the Razorbacks in comfort. Off street parking on the premise is available. The location has a 93 walking score from walkscore.com. Awesome stay! The apartment has everything you need and is an easy walk to Dickson Street and downtown Fayetteville. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is well-stocked with lots of extras.
