"Continental breakfast was fine the usual hot foods cereal and fruit....hallway always had peculiar smell...phone dnt work in the room... BUT THE KICKER WAS THE MATTRESS. IT WAS SUNK IN THE MIDDLE MORE THAN IT LOOKED. HOW THEY THOUGHT IT WAS PROPER TO OFFER THAT MATTRESS EVEN FOR FREE WAS BEYOND ME. CLEANESS OK Breakfast OK.I HAD ALREADY UNPACKED AND FELT PLENTY OF THOSE ROOMS HAD TERRIBLE BEDS. I WOULD NEVER Have PULLED THOSE COVERS BACK. SO BECAUSE OF THAT SUNKEN MATTRESS THAT THEY OFFERED I WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE NOR RECOMMEND IT. IT WAS PATHETIC THAT THEY WOULD EVEN BRING IT INTO THE BLDG. BUT THERE IS HOPE. SO MANY MORE HOTELS IN THAT AREA WITH GREAT PRICES GREAT BREAKFAST. I THOUGHT THIS WAS ONE I HAD Stayed IN B4 BUT IT WAS NOT AND NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STAY THERE. SLEPT AROUND THE EDGE OF THE BED. 😂 I HAD TO JUST LAUGH AND SAY NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! "

"I honestly wouldn't stay here again. The hotel is nice and pretty but is in a TERRIBLE AREA and only have overly priced valet parking. Its $50 per night for their property or you can park across at the sketchy lot for $20 per night. I had no issue there but it i knew there was no onsite parking i wouldve went else where since again its a really bad area. My room was nice and clean and i loved the pool. The starbucks on site is nice too."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the front desk staff are amazing. The sheets were ripped on the side on one bed and had some small black marks on the other. Also, it is unfortunate that we could hear the loud neighbors until 2 a.m. "
