“Great location—close to just about everything in Fayetteville—and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. One thing to know: the front desk was often unattended or had a cheerful little “be back soon” sign. It seems the same team members are checking guests in, running food and tending the bar, so they’re clearly keeping busy. The rooms are very small but cleverly designed and well appointed. Marriott clearly got creative with the square footage. Also worth noting: the hotel sits……

“Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was updated and very nice. Some of the furniture, and countertops could use an update, but overall we were pleasantly surprised. *Only about 10 minutes from campus*”

“Our room had trash in the refigerator. The shower sprayer handle was broke and we had to fight with it to hold the sprayer. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or else where in the room. ”

“The room was ok. But it needed a few things fixed. A broken tile baseboard, screw holes in the wall, and the towel holder was close to falling off the wall from one side. The most disappointing part was there was hot water in the sink. But the shower was barely tepid ”

“It was a lovely stay, amenities were great, food was average, but didn't love that we had to pay $30 to check in early. I have never paid that before at a Hyatt, or a luxury Hotel. Don't really understand the necessity of that charge.”
