"The Raddison Pinheiros was the perfect hotel for our needs. It is a beautiful new hotel, all of the staff were very nice and very helpful. They served an excellent breakfast. Issac who works at the front desk was very good and particularly helpful. "
"I stayed this hotel for one night, this hotel gives me very good impression, the front desk staffs Rafael and Ruan and the other two who can speak English are extremely nice and friendly, some of the front desk can speak very good English and they would like to help at all time. Also the luggage guys are very nice too. They just doing their best to carry the luggages in and out, a boy sent me to the taxi all the way out. Very good people.
Also, the breakfast are amazing nice, hotel is very clean too. I will come back to this hotel definitely!"

The room is good, just comes out of the faucet drops of water.
The room had a dishwater machine, fridge, stove, but not one plate, cup, pans, nothing. This is not fare. No one cup for to drink water. Ahhh a small bottle of water cost R$ 15,00 but at the same street cost R$ 4,00.
Continuing… no amenities in the room. Excuse me, the hotel is not a B&B but is poor like a rat."
