“Great location, super comfortable, spacious and modern apartment. Property owners were easy to reach and super reliable within timely manner. Highly recommend staying here! Thank you for the great stay and hospitality during our DC trip.”

“House needs maintenance.”

“ Excellent stay! The location was perfect, in a great Capitol Hill neighborhood and less than a 15-minute walk to the U.S. Capitol Building. The free parking was a huge plus, and the property was comfortable and convenient for exploring Washington, D.C. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Great place. Highly recommend ”

“The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Great location to walk to coffee/bakery shops and convenient store. Plus a 10 to 15 Uber/Lyft to downtown DC or Georgetown.”

“excellent, beyond expectations.”

“Super cute place to stay. So very clean and the bath towels were super fluffy!! Perfect sized place for four of us. Would stay again without any doubt.”

“The accommodation is in an old brownstone row-house with charm and located in a nice area close to good restaurant options and to the Woodley Street Metro station and bus stops serving downtown DC. Though old, the basic necessities are very clean and well maintained.”

“Perfect location and amazing property”

“Bright, modern penthouse in a great location. We really liked it. You get some city noise (e.g. ambulances) but that's to be expected given the location. Only 1.5 blocks to a Metro station so it's easy to get around if you want to save on Ubers. Cleanliness was "good" but not "perfect", hence the one star taken off. Definitely among the better properties even on cleanliness. Smooth check-in and check-out, and good responsiveness from the manager. I would stay there again.”

“Needs better linens and an extra clean blanket place smelled of heavy cologne and there were men’s underwear left in washer needs better cleaning other than that great place!”

“Overall good stay; Good communication as well. Bedding little cheap in my opinion but easy fix. Most of the LED lights were not working but can easily be fixed would recommend getting some good govee lights in the unit. Walking the pup after hours can be little sketch but nothing to worry about imo. Be aware the parking is street parking and there is no dolly at the building. I would stay again but would be helpful if they had a foldable cart in unit”
