"Disappointed that hot tub was not working. Security said that it’s been a couple weeks. Used the shuttle A LOT to get to and from the airport for the light rail. Many eateries within an easy walk. Lots of trees and plants gave a nice ambiance. Adequate elevators so no/little wait time to get up or down. Yummy cookies and water refill station a nice touch! We were on a redeye and was able to get an early check-in which was absolutely wonderful"

"The Sorrento hotel is a beautiful older hotel with amazing woodwork in the downstairs area as well as modern conveniences like USB hook ups and dimmable lighting. The hotel definitely has the feel of old world quality from a time gone by. We really liked the monogrammed robes in the bathroom area and the bars and restaurants have excellent quality. The only thing I might add was some additional hooks in the bathing area for clothes and damp towels, and the towels could have been a little bit nicer. Overall, this is a beautiful hotel and you will not regret staying there!"
