"Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade."

"There were still room service plates outside our room from when we arrived till late that night. The ice machine barely worked to produce ice. The food in Terraces restaurant is supurb, but the poor staff performance lets it down. Apart from that, had a good stay"

"Strange noise ( hot water system?) activated every 20 mins. through the night, keeping me awake despite wearing ear plugs. Apart from that, it was ok. A clean, basic hotel in quite a good location. Close to shops and restaurants. Bed was spacious and comfortable. TV was a bit small for the size of the room. Only one chair. No luggage table."

"We loved our stay here for my birthday. My daughter loved the pool area. The pool is very cold so a spa or heated pool would definitely be a great addition. The staff were amazing from the front desk, the pool guy and the cleaners. Rooms are beautiful, room service very tasty and buffet breaky Devine. Will be back! "

"Parking is secure, the staff at check-in are friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and it is a great location to explore the Gold Coast. The balconies on the rooms are great to sit and enjoy the beautiful views and breeze. My teenage daughter loved the spa. The only small negative, and this was not a surprise as it is in the listing, is that there are no lifts. The views make up for this. This is our second stay and we wouldnt hesitate to stay again. "
