「This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie...

「Breakfast was lovely as was the breakfast room and the smiling staff to greet you in morning. The location is perfect for dining, wine tasting and exploring the area. The property is very very clean, tidy and comfortable and overlook their vineyard. We would definitely stay here again!」
