Perfect for a young family

Beautiful property, superbly equipped. It has absolutely everything you need so you only need to pack your clothes. Even toys for the kids! Wonderful swimming pool and terrace at the back, with BBQ. The only thing that could be better is the location. Portocolom is not very child friendly, so we drove by car to other resorts such as Cala D’or (15mins drive) to eat out. Apart from that everything was fantastic and this was the perfect family haven for a special holiday.

Perfect for a quiet family holiday.

This property has everything you could wish for. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is very well equipped and there was nothing missed. Lovely decor and pool was first class. A car is a must if staying here. The house is a good 15 minute walk from the port and/or beach. The port town is also v quiet. Probably good for families with young children but teenagers might need a livelier area.

Fantastic house in a quiet village

Our stay was just 5 star and we had enjoyed every moment of it. House is spacious with a three double rooms, large sitting area, dining room, kitchen, utility room, terrace and swimming pool. Lovely lady owner committed to anything we asked for. 15 minutes walk away from the village centre where you find beautiful sea food restaurants and steak houses. 20 minutes walk to the Cala Marcal beach with amazing sand and a clean water. Drach caves and mountain Sant Salvador within 15 minutes drive. Highly recommended to stay here!

Schönes Vororthaus

Es handelt sich um ein Reihenendhaus in einem normalen Wohngebiet, ca. 2 km vom Hafen entfernt. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine schöne überdachte Veranda mit Morgensonne, auf der man herrlich frühstücken kann. Die Terrasse mit dem großen Pool für insgesamt 4 Häuser geht nach Westen. Im Erdgeschoss sind ein großer Salon mit Schlafcouch, ein kleines WC (kein Bad), ein Esszimmer, eine mittelgroße Küche sowie ein Haushaltsraum. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Bügeleisen usw. Im Obergeschoss sind zunächst eine Suite mit Vorraum, Schlafzimmer und eigenem Bad, außerdem ein weiteres kleines Bad und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Schränken (ohne eigenes Bad). Stabiles W-LAN. Grundsätzlich haben wir uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Äußerst lästig waren die zahlreichen Hunde in der Nachbarschaft; wenn einer zu bellen beginnt, fällt die gesamte Meute ein, was zu einer erheblichen Lärmbelästigung führt. Tagsüber war dies nur lästig, nachts aber geradezu unerträglich. Portocolom ist ein sehr schöner Ort, der sich seine Ursprünglichkeit weitgehend erhalten hat. Am Hafen gibt es einige gute Restaurants und Bars. Die Strände sind klein, aber schön. Vom Massentourismus ist das Städtchen bisher verschont geblieben.

Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Besonders der Pool, die Geschirrspülmaschine und Klimaanlage waren wichtig! Eine nette Draufgabe waren Baby/Kleinkindspielzeug und Gitterbett. Für Familien sehr gut geeignet.

Ideal für Familien

Toll für Kinder (Spielzeug in Haus und Garten). Ansonsten liebevoll eingerichtet, und gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Trockner, grosser Kühlschrank, spezieller Weinkühlschrank). 2 schöne Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und Jacuzzi und der Gemeinschaftspool wird von den Nachbarn kaum genutzt. Das direkte Nachbarhaus ist übrigens nur selten bewohnt! Wir waren mit unseren 2 Töchtern für 10 Tage da. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und unkompliziert.
