The gently sloping pool is ideal for children, who also have plenty of space to play on the sunbathing lawn or enjoy a game of table tennis.



This spacious villa has a warm and inviting interior dominated by brown wood and natural colour tones. On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen that flows into a smaller dining area with a charming brick fireplace. A larger dining room features a large chandelier and a striking black piano. The living room offers a comfortable sofa for relaxing evenings by the fireplace or in front of the TV. The ground floor has three bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, while upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a bathroom, one of which has a Jacuzzi for ultimate relaxation after a workout in the gym in the tower room.



Villa Can Palleta Nou near S'Horta, in the beautiful south of the island, is located approx. 1 km from the idyllic village of Calonge with its shops and restaurants. The small town of S'Horta with its supermarkets, a café and the imposing church Esglesia Sant Isidre is 2.6 km away. The nearest beach is only about 5 km away.



The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is limited to the period from 21:00 to 07:00. After this time, the fee will be charged in cash on site.
