"I have been in Victoria hotel 3 times. I do like the location near to the main station. The staffs are very helpful on luggage deposit even though I came early before the Check In time. They also helped to provide the electric adapter and tape to fix the broken wheel of the luggage. I strongly recommend this hotel in Basel."

"Our stay was perfect. Location is very good to access the city centre by foot or they will supply a free travel permit for the duration of your visit on all public transport. When you come from the airport you don't need to buy a bus ticket to your hotel as your hotel reservation entitles you to free travel. Over all great experience with and in the hotel. Although the instructions for locating the shuttle pick-up point were clear and helpful, upon reaching "Parking Express," there were no signs indicating the transfer. The shuttle itself was a regular taxi with no distinguishing markers other than the typical taxi sign. I only discerned I was in the right place after overhearing a conversation...

"The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing the receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable and recommended a great restaurant very close by. The attendant at the breakfast offered by the hotel was very friendly, helpful and patient. The receptionist also arranged a late checkout which was very nice as we are nearing the end of a long journey and we have a long layover in Basel. Overall a wonderful stay in a comfortable place."
