This home is designed for effortless movement with true zero-entry access from all entrances. Every interior wall is insulated for sound, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay for everyone in your group. The home features three spacious bedrooms, each offering the luxury of a private ensuite bathroom:
The Primary Suite: Overlooks the rear yard and pond. It features a king bed and a spa-like bathroom with a 72”x36” zero-entry shower, complete with a bench and handheld wand.
Bedroom 2: Includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3: Includes a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The Den: Double doors provide privacy for this extra space, which utilizes a queen air mattress and has easy access to a half-bath just around the corner.
Chef’s Kitchen and Dining
The gourmet kitchen and walk-in pantry make hosting a breeze. High-end appliances include a five-burner gas cooktop, wall oven, microwave, and a dedicated beverage refrigerator. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for eight or the breakfast bar with three stools. Just steps away, you will find a large three-burner gas grill for outdoor cooking.

Fenced Yard: The rear yard is totally fenced, providing a secure space to enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds.
