Good times In Fenwick Delaware

Very nice property on the beach and close to everything without the crowds in OC. I would highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful place

Wonderfully decorated. Only thing that needs fixing top bedroom with3 beds needs to have room darkening blind over the bed

Great house

The house was great, with lots of room for the 9 people we had, and a great location. the check-in process was a nightmare, VASASA KEPT SAYING HOUSE WAS CLEANED, BUT FINALLY, AT 630 PM THEY SENT SOMEONE OVER AND IT WASNT UNTIL 9M THEY WERE FINISHED, BECAUSE OF THIS I WOULD TRY AND AVOID VACASA

The King of Kings Grant

This was a great home for our extended family of 8 during the last week of August 2022. The home was clean when we arrived and we were impressed with the entire updated layout. It was an easy walk to the beach, even for our young children. The pool across the street was crystal clear and maintained daily. The ice machine was a great feature to keep all of our beverages cold when heading outside. The property was supplied with bath towels and fresh linens but make sure you bring your own kitchen towels. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Oceanfront gem

This is our first stay in Kings Grant and it did not disappoint. Every imaginable amenity was available in this beautifully decorated home. The modern appliances were a treat as well as an extra mini fridge for drinks,etc. We especially loved having the ice maker, which came in very handy !!. We have already booked this home for 2023 since we loved all the amenities and uncrowded quiet beach location.

Great Stay!

We were very pleased with our stay at Oceanside #34. The house was immaculate, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The ice bin was a great bonus! Each bedroom had ample space, and the view from the master was breathtaking with each sunrise. Great location, which provided much privacy on the beach away from the crowds. The cars/fishermen respected the space as its multi-use. The kids loved the play area under the deck as well! It's not a negative by any means, but just wish there was direct path access to the beach right out back rather than the extended walk down the path.

40 years of experience

I've been going to the beaches for over 40 years, so we've stayed in a variety of places at a variety of life stages. This place has definitely been the best. It checked all of our boxes. On the beach, enough bedrooms, deck, nice kitchen, ample living space, nice upgrades, good location and a pool. The negative was the stove/oven. It was NOT user friendly. It kept turning off during use, which caused a bunch of frustration and delays in our meals. We ended up having to use the grill on the deck to cook our last meal, which was not conducive for a seafood boil!! The propane tank ran out mid grill also! Luckily there was a replacement, but it was a bit ridiculous we couldn't get the oven, stove to stay on. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again if they made sure the stove/oven would stay on for the duration of the cooking period of a meal. The fridge was a bit small for 10 guests.

Beautiful oceanfront condo!

Beautiful view of the ocean as well as the bayside from this unit! Nicely decorated and kitchen has everything you need. Beach is in short walking distance. Wonderful time!

Beyond Nice

We have been coming to the Maryland/Delaware shore for 40+ years and this unit is the absolute nicest we have ever stayed in! From the custom artwork, decor, gourmet kitchen and the view, everything is perfect. If you want a quiet vacation spot which is still close to all that OC and Bethany Beach has to offer, this is the place! Absolutely beautiful!!!

Relaxing vacation

The home was beautiful and comfortable. Many choices for excellent restaurants. View and beach were beautiful. Pool was further away than we thought and not yet open for the season.

Great week in Fenwick

I had great difficulty reaching a human being to ask questions. I still like to communicate with a real live person! Place was NOT cleaned well. We were told due to COVID-19 they would be deep cleaning... there were finger prints O’Malley over tables door and cabinets. They did come back to clean that up. Also, I was certain I was told I would have 3 parking spaces. That was NOT The case and a had note on my car that my car might get towed. If you allow 10 people ( we had 7) then at least 3 cars would be bringing people. That did not make me happy. Only other complaint would be I would like to have a t v in each bedroom.
