“It’s a very nice apartment. Whole building, including the center garden, the pool, the hallways are all decorated nicely. Very IGable. Inside the apartment is also nicely furnished and clean. We’ve got everything we needed for the stay. Well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dish washer. The good air-con was really a lifesaver in summer Spain. Staff was very nice. Car park is not at the apartment with a 30 seconds walk around the corner. Not a big issue at all.”

“We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful. Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. ”

“The hotel was beautiful, better than pictured. Staff greeted us as we exited our taxi, and checkin was seamless. Location was perfect, right next to the Mezquita. I wish we could have stayed longer!”
