“The property is in a good location, everything was good, but we suggested add more illumination in the room, add champu in the bathroom and the inconvenience to carry out the baggage 3 floors.”

The room was extremely clean and well-furnished. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location cannot be beat! Right by the river so you can watch sunrise or sunset every day. It is also very secure. I would definitely stay here again!”

Walk out your door and you’re right in the heart of Porto, very close to the river and popular tourist areas. The condo is very well sound proofed that you don’t hear anything on the streets at night. I highly recommend staying here.”

Staff excellent - Ajita who welcomed us on our arrival was so nice, polite and helpful that we felt comfortable and relaxed from the first second. Our room was very comfortable, clean and mini bar was well equipped. Slight downside is lack of lift, but this was known in advance from the hotel description, and did not affect us at……

“The suite was amazing. Air conditioning worked great and the shower has perfect water pressure. The area is very quiet so was just what we needed for a good night sleep. Breakfast in the morning was incredible. My daughter is Gluten Free and lactose intolerant and the made a special breakfast for her. Highly recommend this place!!”

“We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.”

“We stayed here for two nights, very good service, all the staffs here are very fariendly, the hotel loace in a very busy comercial street which is easy to get around, a lots of shops and restaurats nearby. The hotel does not have a parking space but there is a large parking garage nearby. Highly recommended.”
