Odalarda çekim gücü zayıf. 3 gece ödedim ve bu sorunlardan dolayı 1 gece kalıp ayrıldım. Son derece katı ve hiç bir olumduz elestırıyı jabul etmeyen bir tesis. Gece odanızı biri bassa hiç bir sekılde kendinizi savunamazsınız. Kesinlikle...

「Clean and tastefully decorated room. The hotel has extensive grounds so great if you’re travelling with a dog. The housekeepers were welcoming and helpful. A good walk into town but well worth the effort. Ferrara is a beautiful, historic town and very lively in the evening with a good choice of restaurants. 」

「Alessandro was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. This has been the best hotel experience we've had thus far and we are world travelers. We arrived late and tired, we had dinner at the hotel and were very happy with the food and as well as the service. We stayed in the junior suite - its not abundantly clear on Expedia, but its a king bed and a pull out double bed. It was perfect for our family. 」

「Una volta entrati nell’edificio troverete di fronte a voi la reception con le chiavi delle camere; nelle due precedenti visite non ho mai trovato personale. Le camere sono come in foto, spaziose, pulite e con bagni ampi; ovviamente le suite hanno una marcia in più sia come grandezza che come pregio delle finiture. Struttura ottima per soggiorni di coppia o tra amici.」
