They are taking the money for reservations and when you show up and see this nasty, disgusting place, they tell you that the city of Waco has shut them down and they will cancel your reservation so you can get your refund. Then they proceed to deny your refund. They are scamming people. They are located very close to Baylor University and they are using that to get reservations and taking peoples money. 「The check in person was very friendly. The bed was comfy and the room cooled off nicely once the A/C was turned on. The hotel is across the street from Magnolia Table so remember that before you have the free breakfast offered by the hotel. 」
