"This little villa on top of the hill has breathtaking views, cool breezes and a perfect plunge pool. There are great spaces to gather a group or have some private time. We loved cooking in the outside pizza oven area. It’s a windy drive but with it. Bravo! Ciao."

"Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, war groß, sauber und zentral gelegen. Alles konnte man zu Fuß erledigen. Lokale, Geschäfte und Innenstadt waren in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gab sogar einen eigenen PKW Parkplatz vor der Tür. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit Absolut empfehlenswert für Paar oder Familien mit Kindern. "

"Our family stayed just four nights and it was clearly not enough time to fully appreciate the house and its setting on the Riviera. Spacious and well kept, the house is an architectural gem terraced into the landscape. Save for the rusty railings (please paint these!), the house is in good shape with manicured gardens, pathways, a great pool and shared access to the water. "Arleen was there to greet us with pizza and wine. She provided lists and brochures for transportation, food and exploring. If you have additional questions she was quick to respond. We never felt like we were bothering her. The property is exactly as shown, stunning 🤩. Sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine looking at the view was perfect. The restaurant and market down the road wee also wonderful. Arleen even took us to the train station when she had issues securing a taxi for us. ...

"We had a wonderful week with our 2 children here. The house has a fantastic view of the sea and is located on a quiet private road so it felt very safe and secluded. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the terrace was a great place for meals with a view. The local towns of Lavagne and Sestri Levante provided plenty of shops and restaurants and we were able to do a boat trip to Portofino and a day trip to Lucca in Tuscany. Highly recommended. We will return!"

"We very much enjoyed the quiet solitude of this magical spot perched up high on the mountain side. "Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt ist hier richtig. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war sehr unkompliziert. Der Ausblick auf Rapallo ist grandios. Der Olivenhain rund ums Haus gleicht einem botanischen Garten. Pflanzen-Interessierten geht das Herz auf. Alleine der Aufstieg zum Haus ist sehr anstrengend und daher nur was für fitte Leute! Gepäck und Einkäufe können glücklicherweise mit einer Seilbahn nach oben...

"administration before arriving was easy and correct. Upon arriving i met the very wonderful owner who shared all the details of the property and was very friendly. The property was an absolute delight. Views, quite location but with Rapallo down the road with everything. I particularly enjoyed the range of books at the property. The accommadation is an ideal lovers get away, a bit in the hills and private."
