Highly recommended!

Together with my girlfriend we had the pleasure and luck to stay at the Riad El Bacha and to meet the two Said. Amazing people and very suggestive Riad. The terrace has a fantastic view and having breakfast with the panorama of Fes is marvelous! Highly recommended!

Mosquitoes in the room, could not sleep, got too many bites. The next morning, no hot water to take shower. Who designate stars to any given hotel?

Great hotel for trip to Fes

This hotel is strategically located by one of the main gates and this makes moving in the city very easy. The service was great from Saeed and Sanae and i really enjoyed my stay. The room is comfy to sleep and the breakfast was simple and tasted good. Definitely a great hotel for the value and i recommend staying here!

Good riad and location

We went there to explore the city and the surroundings. The riad is strategically placed within the medina near Rcif. Hosts are super friendly and very fluent in french and english. Breakfast was generous and tasty!

Live the Culture!

The Riad is a real culture inmerse place. It has all the needed to spend a night. What I didn’t like was the place where it is located; the entrance is very old and dirty perhaps inside it is much better; no good signs to find it and the parking is like 10 minutes away.

Biggest positive about this spot was its location, then the breakfast on the roof, then mediocre wifi. Other than that however, it was inadequate specifically in the bathroom - no toilet paper, large leak daily from the toilet, and the bath tub was barely functional. If you simply need a place to lay your head for a night then this’ll do, but don’t expect the most luxurious of experiences.

We had a really wonderful time at this Riad. Breakfast was served on a gorgeous terrace with a view of the entire Médina. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful in finding our way around the Médina and answering questions. Tuvimos una experiencia muy buena en este Riad. El desayuno se sirve en una terraza muy bonita con una vista de la Médina. El personal fue amable y extremadamente servicial para encontrar nuestro camino alrededor del Médina y responder preguntas.

The roof terrace is worth it all, we had there breakfasts (and a yummy dinner) with a view... Our room was very big with a massive double bed. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. Location is great to explore the city during the day, although it is not the best at evening/night when the shops close as there are not many restaurants/cafes/bars around...

Personnel très serviable!

Personnel super accueillant et très serviable. Par exemple, ils m'ont recommandé un excellent hammam correspondant à mes besoins. De plus les jeunes filles de la réception m'ont indiqué les endroits pour me procurer les produits que je voulais acheter. Le lit était confortable, comme un futon.

Lack of privacy, staff could be friendlier

This riad is a bit hard to find, we were calling the host for directions to no avail (no answer) and were constantly molested by children (and everyone else for that matter) to be guided to the riad. Finally we had no choice but use the "child guide service" only to be taken through a ridiculously long route (children always do this in hopes of higher tips, so beware, you will lose even more time!). The host was rather unfriendly and didn't even apologize for not answering the phone, claiming we was out looking for us (ridiculous lie). The room was very cold (November) and had transparent curtains (basically zero privacy). Host switches the courtyard light off at 1-2 a.m., talking on the phone until late without caring about his guests.

Fijn personeel

Het Riad ligt in de Medina. Leuk om te zien. Staat van onderhoud wat matig. De trips vanuit het Riad zijn duur. Wij hadden veel lawaai overlast in de nacht vanuit de Medina omdat onze kamer een raam had wat er boven lag. Personeel is erg vriendelijk.

Fijn hotel met vriendelijk personeel

Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Bij binnenkomst kregen we thee aangeboden voor tijdens het inchecken. We hadden een kamer aan het dakterras. De kamer was prima en de airco was erg fijn. Het ontbijt hebben we op het dakterras gegeten en was erg uitgebreid. Het hotel zit aan de rand van de medina, maar is redelijk goed te vinden.

Accueil très agréable de la part de nos hôtes. La chambre était très spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse était parfait. Nous avons notre adresse si nous retournons un jour à Fès.
