"This is a beautifully presented and well equiped holiday home. We had a wonderful stay. The outside space is superb with views towards the sea and mountains. On the day we arrived there was no water supply - from time to time this happens in the area, water supply is cut off temporarily. We learned from the guest information. It was turned on again within 24 hours and we did contact the host to supply us with some water in the meantime to help with toilet flushing and hand washing. Some prior warning about the water supply would have been helpful. "

"A stunning room with a beautiful beach view. The bed was so comfortable and Ioved my stay. I only rated it lower in maintenance because the hotel was having works done including interior decorating and building works. Because it was low season the bar wasn’t open either."

"Hmm. This is a very good property and would be excellent anywhere else in the world but standards in Greece/Crete are very high. It's a little gloomier inside photos suggest with only limited natural light. There is construction work going on literally adjacent to the property currently so expect some noise and essentially the outdoor balcony space is off-limits during the daytime. Some minor maintenance niggles. Seems a bit mean providing a coffee machine but no capsules but hey ho. This is a well-maintained, relatively new property but I would be inclined to try somewhere else if we were to return."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The place is a pleasure to stay in and the view is amazing. We made plenty of use of the outdoor area under the lemon tree also. The waterfront shops and restaurants are walkable but it is steep and was harder on the really hot days. We'd highly recommend this for anyone staying in Sfakia."
