"It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

The only thing I didn't like is the check-in and check-out timing. Check-in is at 18.00 (too late) and check-out is at 9.00 (too early).
