「Nicest pool in the old city」

「The staff here is amazing. They really want you to take care of you. You are so confortable that you feel like you are at your own home. Fernando and his crew in the kitchen are so nice and they prepare the most amazing Colombian breakfast and capuccino. I felt pampered and had a great time. 「This property stated they had two pools, when they actually had two hot tubs. Rooms were small and when I asked about an upgrade they said they were full. The Hotel has six rooms and a lack of communication within the rooms. They had no phones, but stated they use the What’s Up app. Having never used the app, communication was a challenge. When I question issues with Expedia, they approached me without identifying themselves as employees and told me to leave it immediately. I told them that I...
