If your perfect holiday means surf breaks, scenic walks, and clean air, you're in the right place.
With room for families or a group of friends, the layout flows across two light-filled levels, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and plenty of chill-out zones to make the most of your time together. Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen, stream your favourite shows in the air-conditioned lounge, or sip your morning coffee in the sunroom while planning the day’s adventures. When it’s time to unwind, the spacious alfresco area and Webber BBQ are calling. Plus, with room for a boat or trailer, you can bring all the toys.

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, the high volume of visitors in the Port Stephens region may result in intermittent Wi-Fi connectivity.

This is NOT a pet-friendly property.
Age limits please note we are unable to accommodate ‘schoolies’ or booking where guests are all under the age of 25.
No parties or events as we are situated in a residential building. Guest are expected to always abide by local noise regulations and the Code of Conduct for the Short-term rental accommodation industry. Terms and conditions apply.
Additional charges may apply if the property is not left in a reasonable condition upon departure. This may include, but is not limited to, items such as a dirty BBQ, excessive rubbish, or extra cleaning required.
Guest registration and identification is required prior to your arrival. All guests staying with Belle Property Escapes are required to complete and digitally sign a guest registration form. This process includes an agreement to adhere to our terms and conditions, along with the submission of valid photo identification, such as a copy of your driver's license or passport.
Additionally, during completing the online registration process, the primary guest is required to provide a comprehensive list containing the names and mobile numbers of all accompanying guests. Please be advised that access details for the day of your arrival will be withheld or subject to delay if your online guest registration with Belle Property Escapes remains incomplete.
Servicing of the accommodation is not provided during your stay. You will be provided with limited supplies for your first night's stay, and we recommend organising a shopping trip to pick up any additional items you may require.
Payment for the booking warrants that you and your guests confirm that you will abide by the terms and conditions of your stay and have read and understood your obligations as a guest under the NSW Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation.
