「An amazing stay at the Frances Modern Inn. Highly encourage you checking them out. I travel nearly every week and often stay in the big brand properties - predicable, sometimes good, often average. This place has so much character, and the owner gave us a great run down of Austin when we arrived. 「Treehouse Frame Hotel is an absolute hidden gem. Wonderfully appointed, it was very relaxing and tranquil. Since it was such a small boutique property, it was much more enjoyable than a standard hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the room amenities were excellent. South Congress was just a block over so very walkable. Even though there are some bars near by, we didn’t hear them from our room. We will definitely stay at Frame Hotel again. Unbelievably pleasantly surprised. Well done.」

「I loved my stay here! The staff made everything so easy when it comes to checkin, check out, parking, answering any questions, etc. The restaurant was fantastic along side the happy hour. The coffee was great alongside delicious pastries and breakfast tacos. The pool was nice and relaxing. Even near a busy street, the property remains quiet and calm. This place truly was an incredible stay and I would come back again. 」

「Nice updated boutique hotel with a unique vinyl record player in each guestroom. All the staff were friendly, hallways quiet. Beautiful view of Austin from the rooftop pool & bar area.... only drawback was the odd entrance through the bathroom area for the guestrooms. 」
