"My sisters and I just finished out 5 night stay at Hotel Panorama for a sisters trip. I cannot stop telling friends and family about our trip to Italy and the hotel. We got private transportation to pick us up from Naples airport to the hotel the gentleman was respectful and helped us load our bags. Same gentlemen helped with hotel to airport at the end of the stay. Email the hotel 24 hours before your visit to confirm transportation needs and price. Front desk staff spoke English well and helped throughout our stay with things to do, making sure we are well taken care of etc. Hotel breakfast was great with a beautiful view. They also have a restaurant that has great food for dinner. Lobby has a huge seating area if needed, and there is a pool as well. Housekeeping were also extremely friendly like the front desk staff. There is a working safe in the room which we used. Bathroom was spacious. The area in general is extremely safe. If I come back to this city I will definitely be staying at this hotel again. "
