Great staff, comfortable bedding, that’s about it. No central AC, so there are individual AC units in the room which is loud and close to the bed so it blows air in your face. We were given the courtyard to I quote “be more quiet” which is not the case when you have people drinking and laughing while you try to sleep. Also, you can hear people walking above you due to the poor construction. The worst of all is the location. So bad they have a security guard in front of the door. Do not under any circumstances walk south east on 3rd. Walk to 5th first and make a right. One recommendation by the front desk that we followed was an excellent French bakery called La Parisienne. A must go.
