This apartment had the perfect amount of space, inside and out, for 4, so when it was just my wife and I, we were spoiled. Lovely outdoor and indoor dining area connected by a large sliding door to make moving between areas easy; very well appointed kitchen; comfortable TV area; quiet location. Used the washer and clothes dried quickly on the drying rack on the terrace. While there, spent most of our time on the terrace. Julie was close by and offered good suggestions for dining out - favourite was the oyster shacks in Port Leucate.

Un séjour au top !

Nous avons passés une semaine extraordinaire dans cet appartement très chaleureux avec sa vue extraordinaire sur la mer et l'étang de Leucate. Tout était parfait : l’accueil, l’hébergement, les alentours. La propriétaire a été d’une gentillesse incroyable avec nous, Julia s’est assurée que nous ne manquions de rien et a toujours rendu sa visite agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée, aucun ustensile ne manquait à l’appel, le salon était vraiment bien agencé avec une décoration très chaleureuse. Les deux salles de bains étaient simples et fonctionnelles, les chambres formaient deux cocons à part dans lesquels on se sentait biens, et une literie très agréable ! L’accès à la piscine de la résidence s’est fait très simplement et la piscine en soit était grande et agréable avec cette chaleur ! Le point central de l’appartement réside dans sa grande terrasse, à l’ombre des regards et qui permet de profiter d’une vue incroyable. En somme un séjour fait et à refaire, et se fût un véritable plaisir de discuter avec Julia que nous remercions encore mille fois pour son accueil des plus chaleureux qui soit !

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles war blitzblank, die Betten sind bequem, die Terasse ist privat, man hat eine tolle Aussicht. Die Anlage ist ruhig, gepflegt und die Pools waren sauber. Schöner Strand in 15-20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen und viele Ausflugsziele für einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaub in der Region (mit Auto). Kommunikation mit der netten Vermieterin war sehr gut. WLAN-Empfang war super und Check in problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Appartement mit toller Terrasse

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern, 10 und 13 Jahre alt, zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Fitou verbracht. Wir sind uns alle einig, dass es die schönste Wohnung ist, in der wir je waren. Das Appartement ist groß und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alle Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Kücheneinrichtung übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Ein Traum für jeden, der gerne kocht! Alles war sehr sauber. Die Terrasse hat einen tollen Blick und bietet zu jeder Tageszeit Sonne und Schatten. Der Poolbereich mit 2 großen Pools und einem Babypool ist gleich um die Ecke. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr ruhig. Im Umkreis von 1/2h-1,5h Fahrzeit kann man jeden Tag ganz unterschiedliche Ausflüge machen. Schöne Sandstrände mit kostenloser Parkmöglichkeit (Leucate Plage) sind in 20 Minuten erreichbar. Außergewöhnlich - wie immer!

Dies war unser zweiter Besuch in Fitou und wie beim letzten Mal schon war de Aufenthalt in Julie's Apartment wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist komplett augestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts, wirklich nichts. Ruhig gelegen, mit einem wundervollen Ausblick auf die Bucht und nicht weit von Leucate entfernt. Außerdem gibt es einen Gemeinschaftspool, den wir gerne genutzt haben. Es war dort auch nie überfüllt. Julie ist wirklich eine sehr nette Vermieterin und es hat mich sehr gefreut, mich zwischendurch mal mit ihr zu unterhalten. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Danke Julie! Und wir kommen nochmal wieder :)

Urlaub im Juli und August 2023

Das Ferienhaus ist äußerst geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts und der Ausblick von der grossen Terrasse ist wunderschön.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Unser Sommerurlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung war super. Man konnte in Ruhe entspannen und die Sonne genießen. In dieser Wohnung fühlten wir uns sofort wir zu Hause! Die Vermieterin antwortet prompt auf jedes Anliegen und gibt wertvolle Tipps, um sich sofort zurecht zu finden. Bei der Wahl dieser Ferienwohnung kann man nichts falsch machen!

Einfach nur klasse!

Der Titel fasst es eigentlich schon zusammen. Die Wohnung ist top! Absolut gar nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Vor allem die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist da und funktioniert einwandfrei. Es gibt ja immer ein paar Kleinigkeiten an die man denken muss, wenn man in eine Ferienwohnung fährt, aber Julies ist die erste, bei der ich es mir hätte sparen können. Julie (Vermieterin) hat mir vorher schon alles ausführlich beschrieben. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt einfach und kontaktlos. Die Lage ist am Hang im kleinen Örtchen Fitou gegenüber der Bucht von Leucate. Es ist dort oben ruhig und idyllisch. Die Wohnung ist klimatisiert und der Gemeinschaftspool der Anlage ist nicht weit. Man hat von der Terrasse einen herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht und kann dort den ganzen Tag entspannen. Oder man schaut Netflix, denn auch das ist hier verfügbar. :) Die wichtigste Infrastruktur ist mit ein paar Autominuten erreichbar. Und wenn man zurück kommt, ist der eigene Parkplatz immer frei. Die hiesigen Supermärkte sind auch sonntags geöffnet. An den Stränden kann man umsonst parken und baden gehen. Ach und auch eine teilweise Stornierung (verkürzt um eine Nacht), war bei Julie auch gar kein Problem. Es wird nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Wenn es doch nicht so weit weg wäre!! Ach, doch noch ein kleines persönliches Manko gefunden ;) Werde es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Très bel appartement avec vue magnifique

L’appartement est grand, propre et très bien décoré et équipé. Julie a pensé à tout. Il est un peu éloigné des plages (15/20 min en voiture) mais se situe par conséquent au calme. De plus la vue est magnifique. La résidence bénéficie d’une piscine très agréable. Un séjour très agréable !

Einfach perfekt und empfehlenswert!

Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es mangelt wirklich an gar nichts. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet! Die Vermieterin reagiert immer sehr schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit, wenn man Fragen hat. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Man erreicht die nahliegenden Strände auch sehr schnell. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Perfect week of relaxation

Julie was very responsive and very helpful with any and all questions. The apartment was perfect and in a wonderful, quiet location. Beware of high winds in September though! But we still managed to sit outside most evenings, would highly recommend and love to stay again.

Séjour au calme et très bien situé

Nous avons passé un séjour familial formidable pendant une semaine. Ce logement est parfait : La cuisine est ultra équipée, propre, moderne, bien décorée, spacieuse l'équipement est neuf. La vue est magnifique sur la grande terrasse et également dans certaines pièces. Il y a deux salles de bains avec deux WC c'est un plus confortable. La climatisation fonctionne à merveille, très appréciable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, literies propres. A l'arrivée les lits sont faits comme à l'hôtel. Il n'y avait plus qu'à défaire nos valises enfiler nos maillots de bain et partir se rafraîchir dans l'unes deux grandes piscines ou la pataugeoire pour les plus petits... Proche des premières plages en voiture, le domaine est calme loin de la foule touristique du bord de mer... En conclusion, que du positif !!!

Nous découvrons un super appartement très bien décoré et entretenu. Une vue magnifique une place de parking parfaite quartier super calme zt piscines réservées pour les résidents à une minute à bien . Seul bémol les plages pour les enfants nécessitent de prendre la voiture. Pour le reste tout est super .

Skøn og lækker ren bolig

Dejlig bolig, og pool som ligger et par min gang væk. Ikke turistet område. Det betyder kørsel 15 min til strande, seværdigheder, og indkøb. Huset vinder på sin indretning og flotte stand. Hotel standart. Vi nød vores ferie her.
