Spring break family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this property, great inside space to view the ocean, excellent fenced in yard and beach access right off the back lawn. This was a great place for our family to relax, kick back, and have a good time!

Perfect beach cottage

We loved this place. The beach access is great. The home is adorable with all of the cute, beachy decor. I was able to get some awesome sunrise photos. 100% recommend.

Great spacious home with perfect yard for dog

I live 15 min away but love to rent beach homes to be able to enjoy the beach right in the back yard. This is probably the best stocked home I rented, and I rent a lot. The yard was perfect for kids or dogs. No stairs which i love because of elderly parents. Plenty of great restaurants 5 min away.Many restaurantalso a house with no stairs

Nice stay and right on the beach!

The stay was great overall. The house is older but very clean and had alot of extras! The only thing we would recommend is removing the concrete balls that are hanging from the porch. We hit our heads so many times coming around the corner. We communicated a leak in the bathroom via email but since we are on vacation we are not tied to our emails so it would be great to have a contact number instead.

Great 5-star location, property - no so much.

Hard to beat the location. Backyard is big and clean but bulk of the property is old (not renovated) except of the bathrooms. Several things surprised us - No dishwasher!, flooring is run down, door does not lock! - safety issue, owner's personal still in many of the drawers, we found fish in the freezer and on and on.... Overall, the property is not well kept.Lastly, to top it off, I get a pinged by property manager for extra pet charges (beyond what I was quoted in writing) saying that someone quoted wrong !!! We made the best out of the situation but do your diligence before booking this one.
