Great location - easy access to everything, beach, restaurants, stores etc

Easy to rent - responsive to any questions. I would say needs work - but the listing states it’s being torn down after August - to build new units. I would certainly rent at that location again.

Our short Flagler getaway

This was our 1st time staying in Flagler Beach, we fell in love with the area and this cottage was so cute and quaint. And so well stocked. Never stayed anywhere else that provided the necessities. Makes my heart sad to know it will be torn down and something else to take its place.. The location is PERFECT!!!! We LOVED our 5 night stay. Made some GREAT memories. Our black lab LOVED the beach.

Our anniversary weekend

Nice little place close to good restaurants and across the street from the beach. Would recommend bringing an big umbrella for some shade and some comfortable chairs as the outside chairs are breaking down and uncomfortable. That is the only complaint I have on this property. We did enjoy our time at this property

Stay across from the beach.

This is exactly what was advertised. The only thing we didn’t know it is a duplex and we were on the back side. It was not a big deal and you have a shared driveway from A1A. This is a Florida house all the way. Nice and simple.

Relaxing Spring Break with a Great View

My mom and I enjoyed watching the sunrise over the ocean every morning from the comfort of bed and/or the living room. You can’t beat the location!

Great Beach Vacation for Families with Dogs!

This property is about a half mile south of the pier and downtown directly across A1A from the beach. We enjoyed watching the sun and the moon rise over the ocean from the living room and front bedroom. We had the best beach vacation here with our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the fenced backyard and walks around the neighborhood. We also enjoyed the fabulous restaurants and shops all within walking distance of the property. And don't miss nearby Betty Steflick Memorial Preserve with more than a mile of boardwalks over the intracoastal marsh where I saw deer wading from island to island one beautiful morning. Moreover, we enjoyed wandering the coastal hammock trails at Gamble Rogers, High Bridge, and Washington Oaks Parks - all within 10 miles of the home. Put simply, this place made for a fabulous beach vacation, a magnificent value, and we hope to return soon!

Florida in October

The view is great here. The fenced in backyard was nice for our dog. The yard back there was a little scruffy, however. She would come in with burrs in her fur. The house itself is comfortable. It needs some updates but we weren’t there enough to worry about it. I did leave an item and emailed the owner the same day we checked out. So far, all I got back from them was that they would let me know if it’s found. That was almost two weeks ago.

Wonderful ocean views

enjoyed our 3 week stay , very quiet and private, unit was clean and mostly comfortable furniture , beds were good ,, not a 5 star resort but very adequate for beach access , beach views from front bd. rm. and living rm. and the bonus is the beach is dog friendly and flagler is very laid back compared to daytona area , would recommend this rental and would definitely rent again ,

Fantastic location!

Great birthday trip with 2 great friends. Had the space we needed. Great water pressure in the showers and washer/dryer were great to have. Charcoal grill and picnic table to eat outside and view of the ocean. Easy walk to restaurants. So close to a very quiet section beach. They had boogie boards and sand toys outside if you have kids. If you are looking for fancy this isn’t it. If you are looking for a clean place and great location this could definitely be your place!

Short stroll

Very clean and looks exactly like the pictures on the Internet. I enjoyed my stay there as it is very close to the beach and can walk to town. The only two drawbacks for me was the living room furniture is outdated and not really comfortable. The master bedroom gets extremely warm as the air conditioning doesn’t seem to reach that part of the home. However, you can’t beat the location.

Very Good

Overall it was a very clean and nice place to stay. The location to the beach was not even a minute walk and the view was amazing! Only downside to the property was the stove overheating and the AC being limited at 77 °F (that was inconvenient.) There is only one key so we couldn’t split up or if it was left we were pretty much screwed, but a locksmith is close (as we figured out!) But overall, the place was nice, quiet, close, clean, and gave a sense of home on vacation.
