• First things first. Your ID and travel documents will need to be shown to security personnel. Keep them someplace accessible so you don't hold up the line.
• Time to strip down. Well kind of. Your jacket, belt, keys and other small items, like your earphones, will need to go on a tray through the X-ray machine. Make the whole process easier by removing them before your turn.
