「Great service at the front desk. Thanks to Keisha and the Lady (server) from the breakfast time was also very helpful and they both went above and beyond to guarantee my stay was Great.! Thanks ladies for your support and assistance.
If I’m back in Novi, anytime soon I’ll this will be my place to stay.! P.s. I was there during the renovations so I know the work would only enhance the quality of the experience.

「The entire staff was absolutely amazing, my girl Lisa at the front desk quite as it matters but it’s helpful as a giant I really appreciate her. Management and All Staff make sure that all the accommodations were met with more accordingly with above me I want to make sure me and my guest were secure greatly appreciate it.」
