「The property was clean and staff was good. I requested rooms to be cleaned had two and they were not cleaned as asked and had to ask again and ran out of towels.」

「First off I love the upgrades I love the news two person jetted hot tub what I did not like at all was the bed it was hard and very very uncomfortable, took me forever to be able to get a clean towel. Sunday a group of young people got in the hot tub in the early afternoon and remained in there the rest of the day and night so no one else could get in there which was not fair to the rest of the guests. I normally love this brand and have no complaints I'm not sure if I'll return to this property...

「Zero stars! Do not stay here. The entire property was filthy. Our room had dried blood on the door, cigarette burns in the comforters. People were doing drugs in the hallways and parking lots. It appears to be a homeless camp. Definitely felt very unsafe. The property has been neglected for years. I travel alot and have stayed at some less than preferable properties but this one takes the cake. We left and received a refund. 「Staying here was definitely a "get what you pay for" situation. The room, while non-smoking, smelled like someone smoked in it for decades and the smell will probably never go away. The bed was made however the pillows looked like they were just tossed on the bed, leaving me to wonder when the bedding was last cleaned.
