「Over all the confusion over the host having us cancel so she could change my room and then my concern as to payment cause a lot of added stress. Also, the room was on a floor with some people that smoked pot all the time so the smell drifted all down the halls and rooms. I found out after we left that the host does not change the codes in the rooms after people check out. That is extremely dangerous and I would not stay there again knowing that. 」

「Self check in was seamless and I loved that they had a garage with an EV charger inside. The inside was very nice and looked new. It was a comfortable place to stay. There is noise from the freight train terminal nearby … both during the day and late into the night. This wasn’t an issue for us as we are heavy sleepers but mentioning it here for the benefit of others. You can walk to downtown in 15-20 mins. All of Chattanooga is within minutes via car.
